We accept no responsibility for the services of U.S. Passport Services of the U.S. State Department or any Consulate or Embassy regarding the timeliness, issuance or correctness of passports or visas as the issuance or decisions rest exclusively with the government in question. ItsEasy will refund any unused portion of products or services without penalty, however once documents are received and processed, no refunds are available regardless of request outcome. ItsEasy accepts no responsibility for delays, loss of passports or other materials or documents occasioned by any commercial or U.S.P.S. delivery services, Embassy, consulate or US State Department. Damage compensation is not available from ItsEasy.

ItsEasy displays processing times, costs and other fees to the best of its ability. From time to time, governmental agencies, associated third party services and shipping providers may change their fulfillment times or fees and/or ItsEasy may modify pricing based on clients servicing and needs. In most cases, clients will be contacted and informed of fee modifications, however but utilizing ItsEasy’s services client accepts that fees may need to be modified to accommodate requests. Orders placed with unspecified service requests will be left at the sole discretion of ItsEasy to process and charge as needed.

Refunds and Order Cancellations

All orders cancelled before Customer Documents & Applications are physically received by ItsEasy are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

All orders cancelled after Customer Documents & Applications are physically received by ItsEasy are non-refundable.

Passport and/or Visa applications physically or electronically submitted to government agencies are not cancellable.

Security

ItsEasy has taken several steps to safeguard the integrity of its data and prevent unauthorized access to the information it maintains which includes authentication, monitoring, auditing, and encryption. Security measures have been built into the design, implementation and day-to-day practices of the entire operating environment as a part of its continuing commitment to risk management. These measures are designed and intended to prevent corruption of data, block unknown or unauthorized access to our systems and information, as well as provide reasonable protection of the private information we possess.

The design of the electronic commerce systems supported on the ItsEasy website is such that financial data remains primarily with appropriate financial institutions and customer data is limited access by employees, affiliated businesses, partners, and agents with username, password and PIN login combinations changed at regular intervals.

Data tracking

In assisting travelers, we collect information provided voluntarily by the customer, which we need in order to serve the customer. ItsEasy also utilizes Google PPC Services tracking software.
