With Concierge Service, each order is assigned to a single Concierge Specialist who oversees and guides the order from start to finish. It’s a personal touch that provides a consistent agent within ItsEasy who is available to answer questions, or provide assistance as needed.
Concierge Service orders include painless application creation. We provide a simple questionnaire that corresponds to the appropriate visa or passport application. Then our Concierge Specialists will complete the actual application and present it to the client via email for their physical signature. Visa and passport applications are often the most daunting aspect of the process, but ItsEasy Concierge Service makes it stress free.
Most business visas require a letter of invitation from the destination country, as well as a business cover letter from the applicant’s employer. One of the most frequent questions we get is, “Can you get a letter of invitation or business cover letter for me?” With Concierge Service the answer is “Yes”! Our Concierge Specialists will draft individualized letters of invitation, and/or business cover letters that will be accepted in support of the visa application so our customers can simply put them on their letterhead and are then free to focus on their day to day priorities.
ItsEasy retains previous visa or passport application documents to assist with future requests. If a customer is applying for the same service again (or even something different), we can refer back and use the same information, thus speeding up the process. For any clients who are concerned about privacy/security, our Concierge Specialists will gladly purge any documents that contain sensitive material such as name, birth date, address, or passport number. We will also keep copies of passports and visas processed on file.
Concierge Service customers enjoy personalized updates of the process from receipt of documents, submission, completion, and return. And if ever a Concierge Service customer needs an additional status check, they have a direct number or email address of their Concierge Specialist who will gladly update them with the progress of their order.
Occasionally, even Concierge Service orders run into unforeseen issues. In such cases, our Concierge Specialists will make direct contact with the client and provide a full explanation of the problem, and proactively provide the best solution based on our years of experience in handling such issues. If possible, the Concierge Specialist will even produce written statements of explanation, or other requested fixes to further minimize the level of inconvenience to our customers.

When a Concierge Service order is placed, our Concierge Specialists usually reach out to the customer within 1-2 business hours to set up a future appointment to go over all the requirements for the requested service, and lay out the process from start to finish. Our Concierge Specialists work with your schedule to set a time that works for you. Can’t wait? Emergency Concierge Service is our “drop everything” option. Emergency Concierge Service clients get a response within 5-10 minutes of placing an order (often faster), and the Concierge Specialist will take as much time as necessary to assist immediately.
If you are traveling as a team overseas to visit a factory, or production facility, or if your department has a pitch to land a big contract, our Concierge Specialists can schedule an appointment time to provide a process overview when all parties are available. This ensures that all questions are handled at the same time, and gives everyone the peace of mind of knowing the full process from the outset.
