Excellent service from everyone at It’s Easy. The people answering their phone are super knowledgeable and make the application process easy. The person at the office in the Met Life building was also so knowledgeable and reassuring. When you send off your passport to the government, it’s reassuring that the pros from It’s Easy are monitoring the process and making it happen quickly.

This the second time I have used your company. Both times, everything has gone well and quickly. It's nice not having to worry with too much and fool with the Post Office. I had a hard time using the photo par to the app, only because it was so hard to get the lighting right. I tried flashlights, lamps, over heads, etc. But that's on me. I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

This company was excellent to work with! It all started on a Sunday morning with a nice lady helping me through the easy steps. Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates.
