Got my passport and everything went well

Fast, easy and efficient-well worth it!

Once we started the visa process, everything went very smoothly. However, I think the It’s Easy website was extremely misleading when it came to the Thailand visa. Anyone checking to see if they needed a business visa for Thailand would assume the answer is no. When you select Thailand, it comes up in red letters “Visa not required”. This put us behind the process by a couple of weeks thinking that we didn’t need one, when in fact we did. I know several other people at my company who ran into the same issue, and in at least one case, their VP was unable to travel as it was too close to the travel time to get the visa started. I really hope the website can be updated quickly so no one else runs into this issue.

The experience is satisfactory. If the prices is cheaper I'd recommend to more people.

My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport. Upon searching various rush passport services online and checking with the BBB I came upon itseasy.com. From my 1st phone call to ItsEasy my mind was put at ease. I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

amazing. . .that is really all i can say. . . 48 hours before a trip to mexico, we realized i had a passport card and needed a regular passport. .. ItsEasy helped me get everything filled out and filed and because time was soo short, my passport was waiting for me at the atlanta airport!!! they are a lifesaver!!

Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.
