The process was somewhat confusing in the beginning, since the two options for payments (money order vs credit card) were not explained on the web site. A call to ItsEasy did not help, the rep I was talking to was not sure himself about the two options and was pushing me to pay with a credit card. This was suspicious. Ultimately I decided that the credit card option was more convenient (even though more expensive), and I went with it. After that everything went very quickly and smoothly.

A bit too expensive for the service however was very efficient and had great directions.

This is the second time I used ItsEasy for a Visa for China. This was a more complex trip and they were fantastic from the first contact to the last. Staff were honest and straight-forward about the many requirements and what documentation was needed. My aim was to get it right the first time to avoid extra shipping since I am now retired and no longer work near their Boston office. After the material was submitted they emailed me to let me know when to expect the visas and everything was on time. It took a week and a day. I recommend them highly. These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was helpful, polite, and very professional. All I had to do was gather the documents I needed and send it all in. Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport.
