It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.

The assistance I received from your representatives was fabulous, very helpful and knowledgeable. I actually had an issue with my bosses passport as he ran out of pages to obtain a work visa and they were so helpful with me explaining the paperwork to renew his passport and once that was completed I sent it back so the visa could be processed and it all happened quickly and without a hitch. I was very thankful that I used Itseasy.

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. Wow. I seriously can't believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. Thank you guys for getting it done and helping me step by step! Now if you don't mind, I'm going to end this review... I am officially on vacation thanks to you guys!

It’s not often I write a review, however I had to about It’s Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It’s Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. If you are stressed about trying to figure out how to get a passport I highly recommend “ ItsEasy.” I’ll never worry again.
