Passengers registered in passport of companion must hold an individual visa.
As of May 2010, Brazil does not require a yellow fever International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis for entering the country. Yellow fever vaccination is recommended for travelers who plan to visit the following Brazilian states: Acre, Amazonas, Rondonia, Roraima, Amapá, Pará, Tocantins, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Distrito Federal, Maranhão and Minas Gerais, in addition to the south of Piauí, the west and south of Bahia, the north of Espírito Santo, the northwest of São Paulo and the west of the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Keep in mind that most of the coast of Brazil is not a risk area for yellow fever, from Rio Grande do Sul in the south all the way up to Piauí, except for the north of Espírito Santo and the south of Bahia. Also keep in mind that the vaccine should be taken at least 10 days prior to departure.
Transit Notes: Brazil transit visas are required by all except those continuing their journey within 24 hours to a third country by the same or first connecting flight without leaving the airport transit area, provided such flight is indicated on their ticket.

Travel on a one-way ticket is accepted, however, visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay and documents required for their next destination.
Those travelling to Tibet will also require a special Tibet Entry Permit.
Transit Notes: China transit visas are required by all except those continuing their journey to a third country within 24 hours by the same or first connecting aircraft with valid documents and confirmed tickets and they do not leaving the airport.
China introduced a 72-hour visa-free transit policy in 2013. This policy is intended to allow passengers traveling from Point A to Point C via specified airports in China to layover for an extended period of time for sightseeing. The policy is NOT for the purpose of circumventing the traditional visa process and is only applicable if the traveler meets ALL of the following requirements:
1) Traveling from Point A to Point C by way of an approved airport (see point 4 below) in China and can provide confirmed onward travel ticket and valid visa (if required) to the next destination. Traveler may NOT be on a round trip ticket; for example: UK to Beijing to UK.
2) The 72-hour free stay only applies to transit via Airports. Passengers by train or any other vehicles should still must apply for a visa in advance.
3) Visitors are not allowed to leave the transit city to other cities during the 72 hours. They can only depart from the same airport where they get their permit issued.
4) You must enter and depart China through one of the following: Beijing Capital Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Shanghai Pudong Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao airport

Travelers intending to make side-trips to neighboring countries as part of the same journey, should submit details of their complete itinerary, with supporting documentation, such as reservations, to an Indian mission or to the immigration officer upon initial entry into India, to obtain permission for multiple entries as part of that journey - regardless of their visa or entry type.
Transit Notes: Transit visas for India are required except by those continuing their journey to a third country within 24 hours by the same form of transport and not leaving an airport, provided holding confirmed tickets and documentation.

Passengers of Cruise Ships and Ferries may be permitted to stay in Russia for up to 72 hours without a visa when accompanied by a tour operator licensed by Russian authorities – unless confirmed by your group leader, advanced visas are highly advised. You must obtain a tourist visa if you plan to sightsee on your own. Please refer to your tour operator for guidance. Riverboat cruise passengers must have a visa and must follow the general guidelines for entry/exit requirements.
Transit Notes: Transit visas for Russia: TWOV (Transit without visa) is possible for those remaining in the airside (international) transit area of the same airport of arrival and has an onward or connecting flight within 24 hours of arrival. Valid onward tickets are required.
